Alejandro Franquiz Valle Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

On May 24th, 2022, we said goodbye to Alejandro Franquiz Valle. With his beloved wife at his side, Alejandro passed peacefully in his sleep. Born September 22nd of 1958, Alejandro was a joyful, bright, and energetic man with a hunger for life. Everyone who met him left with a piece of his light, whether they were friends and family or his work peers during his time with the State IT department. His love of salsa music and storytelling lives on in his family. He is survived by his wife, Carmen; his sisters, Evelyn and Myrna; his son Omi; his daughters, Naomi and Rona and his grandchildren Alena and Andre. They carry his memory, his light, and his joy with them going forth through life, with peace in the knowledge that Alejandro can now rest in heaven, preceded by his eldest son, Alejandro Jonathan. The Franquiz family will hold a visitation for Alejandro on Sunday May 29th from 2PM-4PM at Bevis Funeral Home, 200 John Knox Road. After, his cremated remains will be interred at the Tallahassee National Cemetery during a modest funeral service on June 6th at 10AM. Friends and family are welcome to attend both to share their support and words of kindness for his memory and family.
