Margaret Maybrier Freeman

Margaret Maybrier Freeman, 94 of Tallahassee, died Wednesday, November 17, 2021 in Atmore, Alabama. Mrs. Freeman was a native of Lincoln County, Kentucky and moved to Tallahassee in 1945. A homemaker, she was a longtime member of Open Bible Church. She is survived by two sons, William Brent Freeman (Paula) of Atmore and Lynn Freeman of Tallahassee; her daughter Ruthie Freeman of Tallahassee; and 19 grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Mrs. Freeman was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Ruth Maybrier; her husband Paul Edward Freeman in 2004; two daughters, Mary Margaret “Twinkle” Kimbrell and Vicki Smith; and her son Freddy Freeman. The family will receive friends Monday, November 22nd, from 5:00 until 7:00 PM at Bevis Funeral Home of Tallahassee. The service at graveside will be held Tuesday, November 23rd at 11:00 at Tallahassee National Cemetery, 5015 Apalachee Parkway, Tallahassee 32311.
