Michelle Diane Barr Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Michelle Diane Barr, 41, passed away in Thomasville, Georgia on April 13, 2021. She was born to parents Douglas and Pamela Barr in Tallahassee, Florida which she called home most of her life. Michelle was a graduate of Amos P. Godby High School and a dedicated member of their dance team. Although she danced competitively at school, she maintained a lifelong interest in dancing. Michelle also graduated with honors from Florida State University, earning a Bachelor degree in Business Administration at the age of 22. Michelle is remembered for both her intellect and her remarkable personality. Not only was she incredibly bright, but she was also fun-loving and deeply compassionate. She was always eager to lend a helping hand to anyone in need - her tenderness and warmth will be fondly missed by the countless hearts she touched. Michelle is survived by her loving parents, Douglas and Pamela Barr, as well as her brother, Bryan Barr. She also leaves behind many extended family members and friends who will miss her dearly. An interment service will be held graveside at her family’s plot in Streator, Illinois. Breanna Green of Bevis Funeral Home is assisting the family with their arrangements.
