Renee Lori Arkenberg

March 17, 1959 - April 8, 2022

Renee Lori Arkenberg passed away on the evening of April 8th, 2022. Renee was born in Passaic, New Jersey and had various homes growing up and finally settled in a small town in Nutley, New Jersey, which she spent a large portion of her early life in. Her parents were Victor and Jeanette Piazza. She landed her dream job at the largest local Hospital, Saint Barnabus. It was here that she was able to truly realize and fulfill what she was set out in the world to do - help others. In 2018, she and her husband pulled up stakes and moved to Tallahassee, Florida to be closer to her son and daughter-in-law as the news had broken that she was going to be a grandmother. She truly cherished every moment she had as a grandmother and took great pride when she talked about her beautiful grandbaby. She had a vivacious and outgoing personality which always garnered her many friends and acquaintances who cherished her greatly. Renee is survived by her husband, Francis Arkenberg of 37 years, her son Frank Arkenberg, daughter-in-law Sasha Arkenberg, and granddaughter Harper Arkenberg.
