Teresa Marie Trubilla

June 10, 1959 - January 24, 2022

Ms. Teresa Marie Trubilla, 62, of Saint George Island, Florida, entered into eternal rest on Monday, January 24th, 2022, at the George E. Weems Memorial Hospital, Apalachicola. She was the wife of William Cawley, SGI. They celebrated their 36th wedding anniversary this past December. Born in Bethlehem, PA, she was a daughter of the late Frank and Bernardine Trubilla. She was a graduate of the Freedom High School and attended Temple University in Philadelphia, PA with a focus on Communications. Over the years she served her Catholic Faith as a Eucharistic Minster, a Marriage Preparation Facilitator and her community as President of the Westchase Artist’s Society. She was an avid nature Photographer and worked most of her career in the graphic arts field, serving major corporations, musicians and even family with their publishing needs. The deceased was a member of the Saint Patrick’s Catholic Church, Apalachicola, Florida. Surviving in addition to her husband is her daughter Kristina Cawley, her sisters; Frances, wife of Randy Kissell of Durham, N.C., Susan Trubilla M.D., and her husband, Dennis Koczirka, of Boston, MA, and Mary, wife of the late Brian Phillips of Warrenton, VA; a brother, Matthew Trubilla of Allentown; and nieces Amy Phillips, Katie Koczirka and nephew Brian Phillips. Service: A mass will be offered for Teresa at St. Patick’s Catholic Church, Apalachicola, Florida at 11 am et on Monday, January 31, 2022, with a viewing preceding at 10 am for 30 minutes. Interment, St. Elizabeth Ann Seton, Medart, Florida. Arrangements by Bevis Funeral Home, Crawfordville.
